Our provider is able to accept select insurance plans including CCHA Medicaid, Colorado Access Medicaid (Regions 3, 5, 6 & 7), Aetna, and Cigna. Some of our providers can also accept United Healthcare, Optum, and Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield. Call your plan to verify coverage before scheduling an appointment. Clients utilizing insurance coverage through insurance are subject to a different fee schedule than those listed below, as fees will be specific to your plan, copay/coinsurance, and deductible.
