My approach is primarily person-centered, meaning I tailor sessions to your unique needs while providing a compassionate and non-judgmental space. I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in building self-awareness and resilience.
