I am particularly passionate about helping individuals with anxiety, self-esteem, career concerns, life transitions, and religious trauma, but I welcome any topics you wish to explore. Together, we can work on building healthier coping strategies, challenging harmful thought patterns, and stepping into your most authentic self.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process. My approach is primarily person-centered, meaning I tailor sessions to your unique needs while providing a compassionate and non-judgmental space. I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in building self-awareness and resilience.

My most commonly used modalities include Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
