Licensed Therapist in Colorado Springs, CO
Hello! I’m Jakelynn.
Jakelynn Broeder, MSW, LCSW (she/her)
Licensed Therapist & Mental Health Counselor in Colorado Springs, CO
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of your story – the moments you hide, the fears you don’t say out loud, the parts of yourself you’re still figuring out. The pressure to hold it all together can be exhausting, especially when it feels like no one really sees what’s going on underneath. Here, you don’t have to pretend. You don’t have to be “fine.” This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are – raw, uncertain, overwhelmed, and still worthy of care.
Therapy is a path of discovery and the gentle unwrapping of what’s been buried under survival mode. It’s about finding safety in vulnerability and building a deeper connection to yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of the pain, untangle the overwhelm, and uncover the strength you might not even realize you carry. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, or one of life’s many messy transitions, I’m here to walk with you – offering support, reflection, and tools that are tailored to your needs.
This is a place for realness, for healing, and for growth – on your terms, at your pace, with no pressure to be anything other than human.

A Little About Me!
Outside of the therapy space, I’m someone who finds joy in movement, nature, and the little things that bring life into balance. I love being outdoors- whether that’s pushing myself up a Colorado 14er, going for a trail run, or simply soaking up sunshine like a very content houseplant. Staying active and grounded is important to me, and you’ll often find me lifting weights or chasing a perfect Garmin sleep score (no shame in my recovery game). I’m also a lover of live music, books, and the quest to find the best local coffee – I’ll take all the recommendations! Originally from Nebraska, I’m newly rooted in Colorado Springs and excited to grow, explore, and connect in this beautiful new chapter.
