My Approach – Therapist in Colorado Springs, CO
I strive to create a comforting environment where we uncover truths and establish connections between past experiences and present challenges. I hold a strong belief that many mental health issues stem from core beliefs formed during childhood or significant life events. By gaining insight and building awareness surrounding these beliefs, we can take the crucial first step toward fostering growth and initiating positive change.
Throughout our journey together, my aim is to provide a supportive space where we explore and address beliefs and thoughts that no longer serve you. I am here to empower you, offering unwavering support and guidance as we navigate this process together. My approach may require moments of deep reflection and introspection, which can sometimes be uncomfortable and painful. However, you should know that you do not have to go through it alone. I am committed to walking alongside you through the uncertainties, offering empathy and encouragement every step of the way as we embark on the path toward genuine healing and empowerment.
My most commonly used modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
